Welcome to Fix Ya Face Studio, LLC ("Fix Ya Face Studio," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") govern your use of our website, services, and products. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these T&C. If you do not agree with any part of these T&C, you must not use our website or services.
SHIPPING & RECEEIVING POLICY - THE BASICS
Any product shipped directly to the studio on your behalf must be picked up within (7) business days or it will be returned to Fix Ya Face Studio, LLC. Back stock inventory. If (7) business days have passed you are subject to a $5.00 holding fee if merchandise is left in inventory past 7 business days.
If you do not claim your products within (14) business days, any unopen retail items will return to stock and be sold to other customers.
During this time, you will receive a studio credit for your current order minus shipping fees and holding fees. Any unused credit at the end of the year will be automatically forfeited on your behalf.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment. Please note that tracking information may not be available immediately and can take up to 24 hours to update.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Fix Ya Face Studio is not responsible for orders that are lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate before finalizing your order.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
While we take great care in packaging your order, Fix Ya Face Studio is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods for inspection.
7. International Shipping
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Fix Ya Face Studio is not responsible for any delays or costs incurred due to customs processing.
8. Changes to Shipping Policy
Fix Ya Face Studio reserves the right to modify this shipping and receiving policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the website following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
